So sorry to hear the news about Jean! We were just sharing that it was her 93rd birthday last night! Then heard this news. Jean welcomed us with open arms into the neighborhood. She shared many gardening tips. We so enjoyed the beauty of her yard, not to mention the beauty of her personality. She remembered the boys' birthdays each year and always had a "special" trick or treat goodie bag for them on Halloween. Thinking of you all at this time. Such a lovely lady. It's been an honor to have known her.

Jean was such a wonderful neighbor. She had such a green thumb and we shared many a conversation over the back fence about our flowers and garden. She will be missed by many. I addressed a Christmas card for her yesterday and had a note on my calendar that today would be her birthday. She's celebrating in Heaven with Ken and her family.
