TRACY JEAN HOFFMAN, age 43, of Sioux Falls, SD, formerly of Wilmont, died Saturday, April 1, 2017, at the Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls. She was born July 23, 1973 in Mankato. Tracy was the daughter of Dennis and Dorothy "Dottie" (Smith) Hoffman. She grew up in rural Wilmont and graduated from Worthington High School in 1991. Tracy later attended South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD.

She lived in Sioux Falls before moving to Bonifay, FL. Tracy later moved back to Sioux Falls. She worked in the health services field for various places in Sioux Falls including the Sanford USD Medical Center.

Tracy loved life and was a very adventurous person. She enjoyed crafts & fishing.

Tracy is survived by her mother, Dottie Hoffman, Bonifay, FL; two brothers, Brian (Jessica) Hoffman, Burnsville; and Michael (Erin) Hoffman, Rushmore; six nieces & nephews, Jordan, Claire, Lane, Brody, Ryker & Alex Hoffman; grandmother, Beatrice Hoffman, Worthington; and special friend, Chad Larson, Sioux Falls, SD.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Hoffman in 1988; and an infant brother, Dennis Jr. in 1977.

   A time of fellowship will be from 4-7 pm Thursday at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Wilmont; and also one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. Memorial Mass will be 10:30 am Friday at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, in Wilmont, officiated by Monsignor Rick Colletti. Burial of cremains will be in the Calvary Cemetery in Wilmont.
