I worked many years with Leora at Southwestern Mental Health Center. She was an easy person to get to know and I enjoyed our friendship. She is now resting in the Lords arms.

Dear Les and family,
I was shocked and surprised to learn that Leora has passed away. She was a wonderful person and classmate at Humboldt. She will be remembered as one of the nicest persons we ever knew in our class. I was pleased to receive a phone call from her and Les just a few weeks ago. We, together, remembered a lot of good times in the past years. We will miss her greatly. My best wishes to all of you in your grief journey in the weeks ahead.

To the Family of Leora,
My relatives and friends,
You are gathered here today;
Because Leora Baustian,
Now has passed away.
She was born in "34",
Six years younger than me;
So we grew up together,
As happy as can be!
We didn't have much in common,
Being that far apart;
But we enjoyed our music,
'Bout that there is no doubt.
I'm sure you'll miss her,
To some days will be long;
But the memories will linger,
Like the words of some ol' song!
But now that she is gone,
When we leave we cannot tell;
But may God always bless her,
And we bid her a fond farewell!

My deepest condolences to family and friends. Losing a loved one is never easy. However, the Bible offers us a wonderful hope in that we will see these precious ones again soon. John 5:28: "... all those in the memorial tomb will hear his voice and come out ". Psalm 37:29 “The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it“. May the God of all comfort strengthen you during this difficult time. With deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers.
