NORMA JEAN KUPER, age 68, of Worthington, died Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at the Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD. She was born May 23, 1950, in Worthington, to Manco (Mike) and Margaret (Heideman) Grimmius. Norma graduated from Worthington High School in 1968. After graduation, she worked at Crossroads Care Center as a nurses aid and then at Campbell's Soup Company. In 1983, she entered the LPN program at Worthington Community College. Norma was proud that at the age of thirty five she received her LPN License. She retired after forty years of nursing.
Norma married Herbert Kuper on September 26, 1998, at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Worthington. Norma enjoyed scrapbooking, being a volunteer at senior dining and going to farm auctions with Herbert. She was a fifty year member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Norma is survived by her sister, Grace (special friend, Gary Citterman) Mejia, Worthington; two brothers, Marvin (Loxie) Heeren Worthington; and Fred (Roberta) Heeren, Ashland, OH; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Herbert Kuper on March 22, 2005.

Visitation will be from 4-7 pm Friday at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Worthington; and also one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Funeral will be 10 am Saturday at Westminster Presbyterian Church, in Worthington, officiated by Pastor Galen Smith. Burial will be in the Adrian Cemetery.
