ANOMA FAYE BOTTIN, age 72, of Watkins, died Sunday, June 4, 2017, at her home. She was born August 31, 1944, in Adrian, to Herman and Joyce (Mortensen) Bottin the youngest of four children. Anoma lived with her parents until the age of nineteen. In 1963, she moved to Cambridge, MN.

Anoma moved to Lake Owasso Children's Home in 1964 and later moved back to Cambridge, MN. In 1974, she moved to St. Cloud, MN; and she worked at Stearns County DAC in Waite Park, MN. Anoma worked at the DAC in Cold Spring, MN; from 1978 to 1986.

She moved to the Adult Foster Care home in rural Eden Valley in 1996. At this time she began working at Meeker County DAC in Litchfield, MN. She moved to the Adult Foster Care Home of Kayla & Brad Winings in July 2002. Anoma resumed working at Pro Works, Inc.

She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Paynesville. Anoma enjoyed sewing, spending time with her family, and listening to polka music.

Anoma is survived by her family, Brad & Kayla Winings, Watkins; Jaren (Amy) Winings and their son Landon, Litchfield; Brittany Winings, Watkins; cousin Mardella (Ken) Claussen, Minneapolis; and a niece, Lisa McCarthy, Rosemount.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce V. Pinz and her step father, Harry Pinz; her father Herman Bottin; two brothers Virgil and Dale Bottin; and a sister LaVonne (Bonnie) Baker.

A time of fellowship will be 10-11 Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Grace United Methodist Church in Paynesville, MN with the Memorial Service to follow at 11 A.M. officiated by Pastor Bob Kandels. Interment of cremains will be at the Worthington Cemetery on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 1 P.M.
