ARNIE HALVERSON, age 64, of Kenneth, died Tuesday, November 30, 2010. He was born January 12, 1946, in Luverne, to Walter and Clara (Raad) Halverson. He attended school in Kenneth and graduated from Magnolia High School in 1964. After high school, Arnie farmed with his family west of Kenneth. He later worked at the Kenneth Elevator. Arnie most recently worked at Loosbrock Digging in Lismore. He enjoyed fishing, charcoal grilling, sitting on his porch, checking on his cows and toodling around Vienna Township. Arnie is survived by his three daughters, Brenda (Ben Richter) Halverson, & their children, Seth & Sophie, St. Paul; Shelly (Bob) Kunkel, & their children, Connor & Colton, Kenneth; and Jill (Brian) Kunkel, & their son, Camden, Adrian; two brothers, Stan (Linda) Halverson, Alexandria; and Gary (Jean) Halverson, Magnolia; and four sisters, Louise (Harlen) Burley, Pequot Lakes; Adela (Norman) Faugstad, Emmons; Phyllis (Bob) Kruger, Alpena, MI; and Margaret (Jerry) Sims, Outing. He was preceded in death by his parents.
