BRIAN PHILIP ?OTTER? LICKNESS, age 30, of Worthington, died August 13, 2007, at his home. He was born on May 19, 1977, to parents Philip and Judy (Biever) Lickness. He attended Worthington Public Schools and graduated in 1995. After graduation he attended Worthington Community College for two years and then attended SDSU in Brookings, SD, majoring in animal science. He graduated from SDSU in 2000. Brian then worked for SDSU for a short time and then for IBP in Storm Lake, IA. In 2001, he started working with his father for Phil?s Plumbing. Brian was a member of St. Mary?s Catholic Church; he was also a member of the Southwest Minnesota Fishing Club, and the Men?s Auxiliary of the Worthington VFW. He enjoyed fishing and participating in fishing tournaments. He also enjoyed bowling, hunting, racing and spending time with his family and friends. Brian is survived by his parents, Phil and Judy Lickness, Worthington, MN; one brother, Jon Lickness, Worthington, MN; one sister, Shawn (Jason) Steen, Shakopee, MN; special friend, Katie Walljasper, Worthington, MN; and paternal grandmother, Elna Lickness, Ruthton, MN. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, and maternal grandfather and grandmother. Blessed Be His Memory.
