CAROL HENDERSON, age 73, of Worthington, died Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at the Sanford hospital in Worthington. She was born December 28, 1946, in Luverne, to Albert and Cora (Irwin) DePauw. She graduated from Luverne High School.

Carol married Charles Henderson on August 31, 1986 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Worthington. After their marriage, the couple lived in Worthington while Carol worked at Sathers Candy Store, and then later was employed by South Shore Care Center before she retired. She loved her family (including her dog, Lily) and was a Bingo fanatic. Whether it was bingo, crafts, or cards; she especially loved when she had family and friends sitting around the table with her.

Carol is survived by three siblings, Dennis (Julia) DePauw, Jacksonville, FL; Sheila (Steven) Kluever, Worthington; and Burdette (Maxine) DePauw, McHenry, IL; two sisters-in-law,  Joyce DePauw, Sioux Falls; and Barb DePauw, Huron, SD; she is also survived by the lovely Ashley (Brock) Madsen; Andrew (Katie) Muller; and Shannon (Mark) Muller.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Henderson on November 13, 2011; nine siblings, Delores Kasemodel, Eileen Roemeling, Albert DePauw, Keith DePauw, Delbert DePauw, Dale DePauw, Marlys Engel, Darrell "Butch" DePauw, and Dean DePauw.

A memorial service will take place at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Worthington on March 27 at 10.30 with a visitation from 9:30 to 10:30.
