CHARLES "CHUCK" EDWARD WILLIAMS, age 86, of Fulda, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2026, at the Methodist Hospital in Rochester. He was born December 21, 1939, in Adrian, to Reuben and Sophie (Bergman) Williams. Chuck graduated from Brewster High School. In 1963, he was called to serve our country in the United States Army.
Chuck married Jean Kracht on August 25, 1964, in Luverne. After their marriage, the couple lived in San Antonio, TX where Chuck was stationed at Fort Sam Houston. In April of 1965, they began farming northwest of Brewster. They established the home farm near Kinbrae in 1966. Two sons were born to them, Roy in 1967 and Rod in 1968. As a family they farmed there for over fifty-two years. Chuck and Jean moved to Fulda in 2019. Chuck greatly enjoyed helping any way he could as the next generations continue the family farming operation.
Chuck served on the Consolidated Coop Board for nine years and the Graham Lakes Township Board. He maintained the Kinbrae Cemetery for many years. He enjoyed farming, fishing, and spending time with family. He was a gentle man of steadfast faith in his Creator and the Lord Jesus.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Jean Williams, Fulda; two sons, Roy Williams, Eagle Bend; and Rod (Vonda) Williams, Fulda; three grandchildren, Austin (Rebekah) Williams, Sioux Falls, SD; Tyson (Abby) Williams, Coffeyville, KS; and Brooklyn (Jason) Grotte, Kinbrae; six great-grandchildren, Juniper, Sullivan and Eden Grotte; Blayne, Merit, and Emersyn Williams; and a brother, Francis (Arlene) Williams, Brewster.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents; and an infant brother, Donald.
Visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 am Saturday, Feb. 21 at the Worthington Event Center. Funeral will be 10:30 am Saturday at the Worthington Event Center. Burial with full military honors provided by the Fulda American Legion will be at 1:15 pm Saturday at the Kinbrae Cemetery.
