CHERYL LYNN KLUEVER, age 70, of Luverne, died Friday, May 26, 2023, at the Sanford Luverne Hospice Cottage. She was born September 18, 1952, in Worthington, to Walter and Edna (Bettinger) Lage. She grew up and attended school in Round Lake before the family moved to Worthington where she graduated high school.

Cheryl married John Edward Kluever. The couple lived in Worthington. Cheryl worked at the Gateway Café and Campbells Soup in Worthington and the Red Lantern in Reading. The couple later divorced. Cheryl moved to Luverne in 2017.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Round Lake. She enjoyed playing BINGO, she loved her Minnesota sports teams, and her family pets. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and watching TV.

Cheryl is survived by her two children, Jon Kluever, Luverne; and Ashley (fiancée, Jorge) Kluever, Luverne; and seven grandchildren, Easton Kluever, Alex Eisenbies, Sierra Kluever, Colton Kluever, Ariah Kluever, Isaiah Kluever and Jonah Kluever.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Joyce Lewis.

A time of fellowship will be from 5-7 pm Monday, June 5 at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Luverne.
