DA THEPPALAD, age 75, of Worthington, died Friday, August 19, 2011 at her home in Worthington. She is survived by her husband Home Theppalad, Worthington; six children, Thongma Bounthisanh, New York, NY; Hiam Theppalad, Worthington; Thiam Theppalad, Worthington; Sum Theppalad, Worthington; Lane Theppalad, Worthington; and Bane Theppalad, Worthington; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
