DARLENE JUNE BRAMSTEDT, age 81, of Worthington, died Monday, April 6, 2020, at the Sunset Hospice Cottage in Worthington. She was born June 12, 1938, in Jackson, to Don and Lena (Guritz) Heasley. Darlene was baptized and confirmed in Jackson. She attended District 9 in Jackson County and graduated from Jackson County High School in 1957. She worked at Northwestern Bell in Minneapolis before working for twenty years at a computer company in Jackson.

Darlene was united in marriage to Richard Bramstedt on August 25, 1957. The couple lived in Worthington.

She was a Lutheran and belonged to the Brewster Senior Living Center. She enjoyed traveling, fishing with her friends, playing cards, and sewing quilts.

Darlene is survived by her daughter, Kim (Mark) Middagh, Worthington; son, David Bramstedt, Fairmont; six grandchildren, Adam Middagh, Ben Middagh, Kelli (Kyle) Isdey, Tashia (Paul) Marsh, Jordan Bramstedt, and Jessica Bramstedt; seven great-grandchildren, Bryson Marsh, Magan Marsh, Elijan Casanova, Kiara Casanova, Corban Middagh and Annabella Middagh.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard on January 15, 1978; and son, Alan Bramstedt.
