DONALD LEROY FELTMAN, age 76, of Round Lake, died Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at the Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD. He was born July 7, 1945, in Sibley, IA, to LeRoy and Anna (Risius) Feltman. He graduated from Round Lake High School.

Don lived in various communities including Fulda, Ocheyedan, IA and Worthington before moving to Round Lake in 2000. He owned & operated his own trucking business Don Feltman Trucking before retiring in 2019.

He served his country in the Minnesota Army National Guard; and was a member of the Round Lake American Legion. He enjoyed food especially barbecue, reading, updating people on the weather, watching western movies, watching the great-grandchildren play outside, and coffee time with fellow truck drivers.

Don is survived by his three children, Bradley (Penny) Feltman, Hinesville, GA; Denise (Ron) Schmidt, Silver Lake; and Dennis (Deb) Feltman, Round Lake; eight grandchildren, Brad and Cody Laurence; Cheyenne, Josiah and Nohlen Schmidt; Dustin Feltman, Ashley Bohnenkamp and Meranda Jacobson; ten great-grandchildren, Ella, Ryder, Karsyn, Slayter, Paisley, Mason, Ronnie, Jaxson, Bailie and Blaire; a brother, James Feltman, Round Lake; a sister, Barbara (Mark) Nelson, Round Lake; and a sister-in-law, Linda Feltman, Tennessee.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Roger Feltman.

A memorial service will be 1 pm Friday, February 25, at the Dingmann Funeral Home, in Worthington, officiated by Pastor Robert Bartlett. A time of fellowship will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. A private family graveside service will be at a later date.
