ELEANOR C. HILFERS, age 90, of Worthington, died Tuesday, February 15, 2011, at the Crossroads Care Center, in Worthington. She was born March 10, 1920, in Adrian. Eleanor married Joseph Hilfers on May 14, 1957, in Sioux Falls, SD. The couple made their home in Worthington. Surviving are her ex-daughter-in-law, Colleen Schipp, Lismore; three grandchildren, Michael (Mindy) Schipp, Sartell; Matthew Schipp, Lismore; and Mandy (Jason) Carlson, Iona; and two great grandchildren, Gage Carlson & Ryland Schipp. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph, on May 9, 1995; son, Bob Schipp; sister, Viola Fulwiler; and two brothers, Ole Schipp & Art Schipp.
