ELIZABETH (BETTY) ANN THILL, age 82, of Worthington, died Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at the Sunset Cottage in Worthington. She was born on June 27, 1928 in Brewster and was the daughter of Louis and Theresa (Schuh) Thurston. She attended Brewster public school and Worthington High School. Elizabeth was united in marriage to Thomas John Thill on June 27, 1947 at St. Mary?s Catholic Church. During their marriage, Elizabeth worked at Campbell Soup Company and later worked at Fauskee Nursing Home, retiring at the age of 62. After retirement they wintered in Donna, TX and enjoyed many good times with friends down there. She was a member of St. Mary?s Catholic Church in Worthington. She enjoyed fishing, going up north at a friend?s cabin and taking their grandchildren to Cutty?s in the summers. Elizabeth is survived by six children, Diane (Hardy) Boots, Worthington; Jim Thill, Worthington; Steve (Theresa) Thill, Worthington; Jean Duran, Cherokee, IA; Sheryl Meyeraan, North Port, FL; and David (Deb) Thill, Byron, MN; eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and one sister, Patty Jadwinsky, Minneapolis, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, two infant sisters, two brothers and two sisters.
