ELIZABETH ?BETTY? LARSON, age 86, of Wilmont, died Sunday, November 19, 2006, at her home. She was born December 25, 1919, in Slayton, to Levi and Elizabeth (Ruppert) Morin. She attended country school near Slayton. Betty married Andy Larson on April 22, 1940, at St. John Catholic Church, in Waterloo, IA, by Father Lenz. The family moved to Iona in 1943. In 1952, they moved to the farm north of Wilmont. They moved into Wilmont in 1963. She was a full time mother. She was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, in Wilmont and the WCCW. Betty is survived by her seven children and their spouses, Eugene & Ruth Larson, Marshall; Elaine & Gerald Hay, Worthington; Connie & Robert Probst, Albert Lea; Frank & Twyla Larson, Wilmont; John & Keri Larson, Worthington; Dale & Vickie Larson, Worthington; Douglas Larson, Wilmont; sixteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; brother, Mathias ?Bud? (Josephine) Morin, Slayton; and a sister, Mary Reinsma, Slayton. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Andy, on May 16, 1999; and a sister, Eunice Dabbs. Blessed Be Her Memory.
