ESTHER M. EINCK, age 88, of Worthington, died Monday, November 20, 2006 at the South Shore Care Center in Worthington. Esther was born on October 17, 1918 in Wilmont, to parents Matt and Lona Kremer. She graduated from Our Lady Of Good Council Catholic School in Wilmont. Esther married Isadore Einck on December 31, 1940 at Our Lady of Good Council Catholic Church in Wilmont. After their marriage the couple farmed in rural Wilmont. In 1979 they retired and moved to Worthington. Esther had been a past member of Our Lady Of Good Council Catholic Church in Wilmont and she was presently a member of St. Mary?s Catholic Church in Worthington. She also was involved in ladies circles. Esther enjoyed quilting, crocheting, canning, cooking, and she especially enjoyed her grandchildren. She is survived by three children, James (Sally) Einck, Carmel, IN; Rodney R. (Maggie) Einck, Bingham Lake, MN; and Francis ?Woody? (Pam) Einck of Fargo, ND; eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two step grandchildren, two step great grandchildren, one sister, Lorraine Remakel, Wilmont, MN; and one brother Alvin (Jean) Kremer, Omaha, NE. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Isadore on December 4, 1988, and one brother, Ray Kremer. Blessed Be Her Memory.
