EVALD NORMAN ?NORM? DANIELSON, age 83, of Luverne, died Tuesday, March 11, 2008, at the Sanford Hospital in Luverne. He was born June 15, 1924, in Boyd, to Evald and Selma (Dahlgren) Danielson. He attended country school in rural Boyd and the Boyd High School. Norm married Lois Thompson on September 8, 1945, in Dawson. After their marriage, the couple lived in Southwestern Minnesota where Norm managed grain elevators including the cities of Gibbon, Maynard, Springfield & Beaver Creek. In 1985, the couple moved to Luverne. Norm retired in 1992 and began working at the Adrian Rest Area for fourteen years. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, in Luverne. Norm enjoyed traveling and visiting with his family & friends. He was extremely proud of the fact that all of his children & grandchildren received a college education. Norm is survived by his wife, Lois Danielson, Luverne; three children and their spouses, Lonnie & Ken Peichel, Dallas, TX; Barb & Jeff Price, St. James; and Dale & Jolene Danielson, Springfield; six grandchildren, Steven (DeLea) Peichel, Brett (Elizabeth) Peichel, Jon (Paula) Price, Brittany Price, Amy (Bob Mendoza) Danielson & Noel Danielson; and six great grandchildren, Lindsey, Jordan, Amanda, Lauren, Bret & Colin. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Donald & Delmer Danielson; and four sisters, Lucille Fjerkenstad, Norma Anderson, Eunice Nelson & Ruth Olson. Blessed Be His Memory.
