FERN O. REIMER, age 57, of Worthington, died Monday, November 20, 2006 at South Shore Care Center in Worthington. She was born July 19, 1949 in Worthington, to parents Ernest and Josie (Matucka) Schoneman. She grew up in Worthington and later graduated from Willmar High School. After her schooling, she worked at Marshall Egg Company and later moved to Nevada before moving back to Minnesota in 1967. Fern was united in marriage to John A. Reimer on February 14, 1968, in Round Lake. After marriage they farmed by Round Lake and she worked in Worthington throughout her life. She was active in Parents Anonymous for ten years. Fern enjoyed needlework, humming bird watching, animals and flowers. Fern is survived by her husband, John Reimer, Worthington; three children, Randy Reimer, Eric Reimer and Amy Granholm (Shannon Moore) her significant other, all of Worthington and her special family, Mark and Peggy Nyberg, of Washington; two granddaughters, Alanna Jo and Jamie Lee Moore, two sisters, Ardis (Val) Schommer, of Texas and Sally Fillmore, Worthington. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, James Schoneman. Blessed Be Her Memory.
