GREGG MARK NATH, age 61, of Luverne, died Saturday, March 28, 2020, at the Sanford Luverne Hospice Cottage. He was born November 16, 1958, in Luverne, to Orlen and Corinne (Ruddy) Nath. He was the fourth of seven children. Gregg received all of his sacraments at and was a lifelong member of St. Catherine Catholic Church in Luverne. He graduated from Luverne High School in 1977 and farmed for seven years with his father and brothers. Gregg moved to South Carolina and worked at Wal-Mart until 1989 when he moved back to the Midwest. He worked at Sam's Club until he was no longer healthy enough to work.

He was an avid Minnesota Twins fan and saw them play at the Metropolitan Stadium, the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome and Target Field. Gregg also enjoyed watching the Minnesota Vikings and the Luverne Cardinals. He loved music and collected many albums over the years. He was a quiet kind man, who enjoyed the simple things in life, like reading books, playing cards and spending time with his family.

Gregg is survived by his mother, Corinne Nath, Luverne; step-mother, Mary Jo Nath, Luverne; three brothers, Michael (Janet) Nath, Luverne; Steve (Wendy) Nath, Luverne; and Thomas (Lisa) Nath, Luverne; two sisters, Pamela (Michael) Welch, Yankton, SD; and Joni (Kraig) Keck, Sioux Falls, SD; step brother, Kevin (Karen) Brandenburg, Burnsville; step sister, Susan (Randy) Schneekloth, Luverne; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Orlen Nath; and his brother, Joel Nath.

A Memorial Mass will take place at St. Catherine Catholic Church, in Luverne, on July 24, at 10:30 AM officiated by  Monsignor Gerald Kosse.
