KAY MARIE HANSEN, age 63, of Hills, MN; died, Friday, August 10, 2007 at the Luverne Hospice Cottage in Luverne, MN. She was born March 14, 1944 in New Ulm, MN; to her parents William and Florence (Volz) Krohn. She attended elementary and junior high school in Lafayette, MN and graduated from New Ulm High School in 1962. Kay was united in marriage to Clarence Dewanz and worked in New Ulm, MN at 3M and also at B.F. Goodrich. Kay was united in marriage to Bob Hansen on June 3, 1975 at Canton, SD. They made their home in the Hills, MN area and she worked as a waitress at Magnolia Steak House for 20 years. She enjoyed her children, flower gardening and camping with her family. She is survived by her husband Bob Hansen, Hills; children, Barb (Mike) Elbers, Luverne; Jeff (Star) Dewanz, Alexandria, MN; Gwen Hansen, Sioux Falls, SD; step-children, Diana Fliss, Canby, MN and Jason (Sarah) Hansen, Racine, MN; 18 grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Joyce Town, New Ulm; Bill (Shirley) Krohn, Lafayette, MN; Patty (Dean) Gutzke, New Ulm; Janet (Bob) Wandersee, Kyle, TX and David (Earline) Krohn, Cannon Falls, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Phyllis McCowen and Louise Jones. Blessed Be Her Memory
