JACOB REECE ADAMS, age 14, of Ellsworth, died Sunday, July 25, 2021, at the Sanford Luverne Medical Center. He was born June 8, 2007, in New Prague, to David Adams and Heather Perry. Jacob was to begin his freshman year at Ellsworth High School.

He enjoyed music, the outdoors and spending time with his friends.

Jacob is survived by his parents, David (Jenna) Adams, Garrison, MN; and Heather (Mike) Rorvig, Ellsworth; three siblings, Blake Perry, Faith Adams and Riley Adams, all of Ellsworth; grandparents; and many aunts & uncles.

A time of fellowship will be from noon to 1 pm Monday, Aug. 2, at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Luverne. Memorial service will be 1 pm Monday at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Luverne. A private family committal service will be at a later date.
