John  Albert  VandenHoek , age 69, of Luverne, died Tuesday, June 15, 20021, at his residence in Luverne.   He was born to Calvin and Milded (Valentien) VandenHoek on November 29, 1951 in Luverne.

He is survived by his children, Jessy (VandenHoek) Hoven, Luverne; Maggie (VandenHoek) Vanderburg, Luverne; Josh VandenHoek, Luverne; thirteen grandchildren; mother, Mildred VandenHoek, Garvin, MN; sisters, Kathy (VandenHoek) McClure, Homosassa, FL; Mary (VandenHoek) Rodgers, Fairmont, MN; brother, Mark VandenHoek, Magnolia, MN.

John was preceded in death by his father, brother, Robert VandenHoek; sister, Julie (VandenHoek) Ohlsen.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
