Kevin Lee Demuth, 49, of Worthington, MN died on Monday, January 7, 2008 at the Sunset Cottage Sanford Hospice after a lengthy battle with stomach cancer. He was born on July 15, 1958 at Weiner Memorial Hospital in Marshall, MN to parents Joseph Earl and Evelyn Marie (Coudron) Demuth. He attended the Crippled Children's School in Worthington for 6 years, then moved to Ridgewood in 1979 and then to the McMillan Home, an intermediate care facility in Worthington where he lived until 2002. In 2002 he was thrilled to gain a bit more independence when he moved into his own home where he spent the remainder of his life. Kevin's proudest accomplishment was obtaining his drivers license in 1985. Kevin was happiest when he was driving, four?wheeling, camping, traveling and most of all helping the Verly's of Marshall and Mike and Steve Bosma of Worthington in the fields during harvest season. Kevin is survived by his mother, Evelyn Demuth of Marshall; Sisters, Carol (Gerald) Christopherson of Alexandria, MN; Diann (Stan) Hirman of Sauk Centre, MN; Brothers, Ken (Linda) Demuth of Sioux Falls, SD; Steven Demuth of Alexandria, MN; nine nieces and nephews and five great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Joseph Demuth.
