LaVonne Catherine (Gilles) Vosberg, age 90, of Maple Lake, formerly of Worthington, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2020.

LaVonne was born on January 2, 1930 in Lismore, MN. She married Gerhart Vosberg on June 3, 1950 in Slayton, MN. LaVonne's career included Campbell Soup, a Garden Center, and Stanford Regional Hospital, all in Worthington, MN. After retiring from Stanford Hospital, she was a volunteer at Goodwill in Worthington. LaVonne's passions were loons, her flowers and especially her numerous hanging baskets and geraniums. She also enjoyed shopping at Goodwill and thrift stores for special dishes, glassware or that unique treasure. LaVonne was an incredibly loving and generous mother and grandmother.

She is survived by son, Gary (friend, Margaret) of Maple Lake; daughter, Cindy (Mike) Gordon of Minnetonka; grandchildren, Jason (Lisa), Jessica Schiro (friend, Kory), JoLynn (Mike) Housman, Brad (Missy) Davis, Chad (Deb) Davis, Travis Schreiber, and Chelsea (Kyle) Hanson; great grandchildren, Jordan, Valerie and Ava Vosberg, Sierra and Braden Schiro, Shay Housman, Molly Davis, Punkie Bauer, Asia Tek, Dalton and Cole Friedrichs, Wynter and Storm Davis, Drake and Gryphon Schreiber, and Harlow and Hayden Hanson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerhart; brother, Everett; sister, Ann; and daughter, JoAnn Reller.

Fr. Jim Callahan will officate at the graveside service. Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Maple Lake and Dingmann Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Worthington.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10 at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel in Maple Lake and from 12 - 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 11 at Dingmann Funeral Home Chapel in Worthington. Graveside services will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 11 at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Worthington. Family has requested that masks be worn and distancing be maintained at all events.
