LOIS DANIELSON, age 81, of Springfield, formerly of Luverne, died Tuesday, December 21, 2010, at the Springfield Medical Center. She was born August 27, 1929, in Lac Qui Parle County, to Theo and Clara (Djonne) Thompson. Lois married Evald Norman Danielson on September 8, 1945 in Dawson. After their marriage, the couple lived in Southwestern Minnesota including the cities of Gibbon, Maynard, Springfield and Beaver Creek. In 1985, the couple moved to Luverne. She was a former member of Grace Lutheran Church in Luverne. Lois is survived by three children and their spouses, Lonnie and Ken Peichel, Dallas, TX; Barb and Jeff Price, St. James, MN; Dale and Jolene Danielson, Springfield, MN; six grandchildren, Steven (DeLea) Peichel, Brett (Elizabeth) Peichel, Jon (Paula) Price, Brittany Price, Amy (Bob Mendoza) Danielson and Noel Danielson; eight great-grandchildren, Lindsey, Jordan, Amanda, Lauren, Bret, Colin, Anna and Beck and one brother, Mahlon Thompson, Bruxton, ND. She was preceded in death by her husband, Evald Norman on March 11, 2008; her parents and two brothers, Curtis and Vernon Thompson.
