MARCELLA E. MAUCH, age 89, of Adrian, died Friday, April 13, 2007 at the Arnold Memorial Care Center in Adrian. She was born July 30, 1917, in Ellsworth, MN, to parents, Charles and Elizabeth (Wagner) Lenz. Marcella attended and graduated from St. Mary?s Catholic School in Ellsworth, MN. Marcella married Leonard Mauch on November 25, 1941 in Ellsworth, MN. After their marriage they farmed in the rural Adrian area. Marcella was a member of St. Adrian Catholic Church and the Catholic Daughters of America and a long time member of the Ladies Aid. Marcella enjoyed playing bridge with her friends, doing needlework and crocheting. Some of her enjoyments were her gardening, canning and baking cookies for her family. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were her pride and joy. She is survived by her children, Judy (Dick) Mulhair, Brookings, SD; Richard (Rebecca) Mauch, Eau Claire, WI; Ralph Mauch, Adrian; Rose (Ray) Kuhlman, Moose Lake; seven grandchildren, Brian Mulhair, Chris (Alicia) Mulhair, Allison Mulhair, Daniel (Sherry) Mauch, Katherine (Eric) Mauch Cheatwood, Thomas Mauch and Zachary Kuhlman and seven great grandchildren; one brother John (Mary) Lenz, East Stroudsburg, PA; one sister MaryJo (Aurel) Galipeau, Lakewood, CA. Marcella was preceded in death by her parents, husband Leonard in 1996, two brothers, Elmer Lenz and Charles Lenz; two sisters, Alberta Banck and Mildred Homan.
