MARCELLA SCHREIBER, age 88, of Worthington, died Monday, November 18, 2019, at the South Shore Care Center in Worthington. She was born December 19, 1930, in Heron Lake, to Raymond and Alice (Burreau) Schreiber. She graduated from Brewster High School in 1949.

Marcella helped her parents farm north of Brewster for over fifty four years. She also did childcare for area families; and cared for her parents as they had gotten older.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Brewster. She enjoyed traveling, quilting & sewing.

Marcella is survived by her brother, Duane (Gloria) Schreiber, Pueblo, CO; and five nieces & nephews, Monica Wasmund, Sibley, IA; Joan (Steve) Kruse, Worthington; Jim Wade, Mankato; Janice Johnson, Mankato; and Gary (Kathy) Wade, Rushford.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Lorraine Boll; and her niece, Barb Wade.

Funeral Mass will be Friday at 11 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, in Brewster, officiated by Father, Pratap Salibindla. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Brewster.
