NADINE R. KROHN, age 79, of Worthington, died, Sunday, December 2, 2007 at the Worthington Regional Hospital. She was born February 8, 1928 in St. Paul, MN; to parents Joe and Lucille (Bockensted) Gerber. She graduated from Fulda High School and was a secretary for the Nobles County Extension Office. Nadine was united in marriage to Duane Krohn on September 21, 1947 at St. Mary?s Catholic Church in Worthington. After their marriage they lived and farmed south of Worthington. In 1984 they retired and moved into Worthington. She was a member of St. Mary?s Catholic Church. Nadine enjoyed playing golf and her bridge group. She especially enjoyed being with her family and grandchildren. Nadine is survived by her husband, Duane Krohn, Worthington; children, Mike (Mary) Krohn, Marshfield, Wisconsin; David (Wendy) Krohn, Franklin, Michigan; Tom (Jane) Krohn, Worthington, Minnesota and Lou (Lesley) Krohn, Rowena, South Dakota; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
