PAMELA KAY (ERDMAN) SIMPSON, age 49, of Lismore, died Friday, August 2, 2019, at the Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD. She was born January 12, 1970, in Worthington, to Charles and Glenda (Jurrens) Lancaster. She graduated from Worthington High School in 1988.

Pam married Mike Erdman on August 26, 1989, in Worthington. The couple lived in various towns including, Rushmore, Round Lake, Briceyln and Adrian before moving to Lismore in 1999. Pam was manager of the Lismore Bar. The couple later divorced.

Pam married Allen Simpson on July 22, 2017, in Lismore. The couple lived in Lismore. Pam worked at Newport Labs, in Worthington.

She enjoyed darts, fishing, camping, attending Country Fest and she especially lived for her grandchildren.

Pam is survived by her husband, Allen Simpson, Lismore; four daughters, Jessica (friend, Robert Slinger) Erdman, Adrian; Megan Erdman, Ellsworth; Amber Erdman, Lismore; and Laura (Colin) Schickling, Ellsworth; three grandchildren, Montana, Christian & Ezekiel ; a grandchild on the way; mother, Glenda Lancaster, Rushmore; five siblings, Carla Lancaster, Chandler, AZ; Debra (Doug) Schlueter, Champlain; Judy Reisdorfer, Rushmore; Kevin Lancaster, Montevideo; and Jody (Kurt) Busch, Lakefield; and many nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father; two infant grandchildren; a brother, Kelly Lancaster; a sister, Connie Paskvan; and her grandparents.

Pam's final act of kindness was to give the gift of sight through tissue donation.

A celebration of life will be from 12 noon to 4pm Saturday, August 24th at the Rushmore School in Rushmore, MN.
