PHYLLIS IONE JULIUS, age 82, of Clitherall, formerly of Ellsworth, died Saturday, February 14, 2009 at her daughters home. She was born January 30, 1927, in Ellsworth, to Arrey and Edna (Whitney) Ketelboeter. She graduated from high school in Minneapolis. Phyllis married Lloyd H. Julius on November 14, 1947, in Ellsworth. After their marriage, the couple lived in Sioux Falls, SD, where Phyllis worked at John Morrell. Later Phyllis worked at the jewelry store, Two Plus Two. Lloyd and Phyllis were active members of Central Baptist Church in Sioux Falls. In 1978, Phyllis and Lloyd moved to Denver, Colorado, where they lived for 23 years. In 2001, they moved to their final home on Lake Clitherall in Clitherall, Minnesota. Phyllis enjoyed sewing, baking and was active in her local Christian Women?s club.
