RANDALL STEVEN REISDORFER, age 56, of Lismore, died of a heart attack on Monday, September 4, 2006, at the Sioux Valley Hospital, Sioux Falls, SD. He was born March 30, 1950, in Rock Rapids, IA to Earl and Jennette (Drenth) Reisdorfer. He graduated from Adrian High School in 1968. In December of that same year, Randy married Pat Dreke in Sioux Falls, SD. The couple lived in the southwestern area of Minnesota and had three girls. They later divorced in December 1983. In 1987, Randy married Tracy Byrnes. The couple had one son. They lived in the Twin Cities area and later divorced. Randy worked various occupations throughout his life. Early in his career he owned and operated a plumbing & hardware store in Lismore. Later on he worked in a variety of sales positions including automotive, insurance, and home appliances. For several years he worked as a supervisor and installer for Richard's Seamless Gutters in Mankato. Most recently, Randy worked as a maintanence manager for the City of Lismore. From a young age Randy had a passion for aviation. It began when he was a boy working in his father's crop dusting business. He was an aviation history buff and read numerous magazines and books. He greatly enjoyed flying model airplanes. While living in Mankato he organized a model airplane club. Randy is survived by his mother, Jennette Reisdorfer, Lismore; four children, Mary Reisdorfer, Apple Valley; Shelly (Fred) Schmidtke, Ceylon; Jennifer (Tony) Green, Eden Prairie, and Nicholas Byrnes, Burnsville; three grandchildren, Joseph, Alicia, and Eric; brother, Ron (LuAnn) Reisdorfer, Adrian; and two sisters, Nancy (Roy) Stricker, Apple Valley; and Sandy (Roger) Duncan, Beaver Creek. He was preceded in death by his father. Blessed Be His Memory.
