RAYMOND EDWARD TAYLOR, age 70, of Luverne, died Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at the Immanuel St. Joseph?s Hospital, in Mankato. He was born March 7, 1936 in Buffalo, NY, to Raymond and Agnes (Tauscher) Taylor. He attended schools in Buffalo, NY and Sadila, MO. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1952 to 1954. Raymond was married to Brenda Hickerson on September 29, 1984 in Taylor, MO. After their marriage they lived in the Taylor area for many years until they moved to St. Paul and later to Luverne. Ray worked as a truck driver for various trucking companies around the country, including Coudersport, PA, Clarion, PA, Smethport, PA, Sadila, MO, and R&R Enterprise, in Luverne. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and traveling, especially his trips to Las Vegas. Raymond is survived by twelve children, Debroah (Frank) Hoffman, Zepheryhills, FL; Pete (Roxie) Taylor, Port Allegany, PA; Pamela (Donald) Keech, Port Allegany, PA; Marilyn (Richard) Sherwood, Port Allegany, PA; Terry Lawton, Bradford, PA; Carol (Michael) Stiles, Port Allegany, PA; Laurie (Frank) Maletto, Wilcox, PA; Randy Taylor, Port Allegany, PA; Gary (Rose) Taylor, Lewis Run, PA; Amy (Terry) Lewis, Mauersville, VA; Raymond (Shelly) Taylor, Beaver Creek, MN; Rae (Bill) Barbre, Denver, CO; Four step-children, He was preceded in death by his parents.
