Obituary
Samuel Jude Kane, age 23, of Ft. Worth, TX, was born January 7, 1993.
He is survived by parents, Steve and Tina Kane; sisters Kelsey and Grace, brother Gabriel, Grandparents, Ed & June Kane, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by Grandmother, Kathryn Frank, and Uncle, Tracy Frank.
A memorial service will be Sat Aug 13, 2016, at 1:00 pm at Tangier Shrine, 2823 S 84th St Omaha, NE.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Brazos Recovery Ctr., 265 Farm Rd 927, Morgan, TX 76671 or the Omaha Open Door Mission
