SEIN NYUNT, age 80, of Worthington, died Sunday, August 26, 2024, at his home. He was born April 22, 1944, in Burma, to U Thein Maung and Daw Aye Myan.

Sein married Meah Shi in 1977, in Burma. They moved to the United States in 2007; and moved to Worthington in 2008.

He worked at JBS in Worthington. He enjoyed going on walks, music and reading the Bible.

Sein is survived by his wife, Meah, Worthington; four children, Saw Ku Shell, Austin; Tha Lay Htoo, Worthington; Peh Po, Worthington; and Kaw Eh Say, Worthington; eleven grandchildren; and a brother, Tun Shwe.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two siblings, Naw Thein Kin and Oo Yee.

Visitation will be from 10:30 am to noon on Friday, August 30 at the Indian Lake Baptist Church in Worthington. Funeral will be noon on Friday at the Indian Lake Baptist Church in Worthington. Burial will be in the Indian Lake Baptist Cemetery.
