SHARON MARIE ENGELSON, age 79, previously of Worthington, died Sunday May 26,2024, after a short stay in Fredericksburg Health and Rehab in Fredericksburg, VA. She was born March 24, 1945, in Madison SD and was the daughter of the late Raymond Engelson and Lois (Hidenshield) Engelson Anders. Sharon was a loving mother to her daughter, Shelly (Tony) Shelton, Sandy Valley, NV; and son, James (Diane) Engelson, Spotslyvania, VA. She loved visiting her six grandchildren, Ashley (Pat) Foster, Natasha Engelson, Melanie Engelson, all of Virginia; Chris (Jill) Shelton, Abigail Miles and Fayth Shelton all from Sandy Valley, NV; and fifteen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters, Beverly (Cyril, Jr) Thier, Worthington, MN; and Barbara( Donald) Thier, Worthington, MN; an aunt, Patricia Rensch, Sioux Falls, SD; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
