STEVEN BUSH, age 60, of Luverne, died Friday, June 28, 2013, at St. Mary's Hospital, in Rochester, MN.  He was born November 21, 1952, in Luverne, to Eldon and Wilda (Hass) Bush.  Steve grew up on a farm near Luverne and graduated from Luverne High School in 1970.
Steve married Debra Ladd on September 23, 1972, at Grace Lutheran Church in Luverne.  After their marriage they moved to Waseca and then moved back to Luverne. He worked for All State Paving for many years where he worked in Minnesota, South Dakota and Wyoming.  Steve worked with his father at Bush's Service and Repair in Luverne for a few years and most recently he worked at Pace Manufacturing in Brandon, SD.
He was a past member of the Eagles Club in Luverne.  Steve enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, watching Nascar, traveling, dancing, listening to good country music and playing guitar.  In his younger years he enjoyed doing horse shows and breaking horses.  Steve loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially watching two of his grandchildren who participated in youth wrestling.
Steve is survived by three daughters, Heather Cowell, Luverne; Heidi (James) Mehlhaff, Luverne; Emmy (Drue) Glaze, Little Falls; five grandchildren, Zachery Cowell, Kellsie Rivas, Riley Cowell, Noah and Regan Mehlhaff; one great grandchild, Aniyah Rivas; parents, Eldon and Wilda Bush, Luverne; two brothers, Dave (Kathie) Bush, Eau Claire, WI; Dale (Lisa) Bush, Menomonie, WI; and a special friend Jeanne.  Visitation will be from 5-7 pm Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Dingmann Funeral Home Luverne. A private family inurnment will take place a later date.
