THEODORE "TED" F. BULLERMAN III, age 82, of Adrian, died Monday, April 21, 2014, at the Minnesota Veterans Home in Luverne. He was born May 7, 1931, on the family farm in rural Adrian, to Theodore and Martha (Kellen) Bullerman. He attended school at St. Adrian Catholic School. Ted served his country during the Korean Conflict in the United States Army from 1952 to 1954 receiving the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal and the ROK Presidential Unit Citation.
Ted married Henrietta Scheffler on January 18, 1955, at St. Adrian Catholic Church. After their marriage, the couple farmed. Ted also helped farm with Dick Thier and Mark & Steve Bullerman. Ted & Henrietta moved to Adrian in 1984.
He was a member of St. Adrian Catholic Church; the Knights of Columbus; the St. Joseph Society; the Adrian American Legion Post #32; and a lifetime member of the Luverne VFW. He enjoyed playing cards, spending time with his grandchildren, having breakfast with friends on the weekends; polka music, his dog Buddy, and watching his boys wrestle where he received the Adrian Wrestling Fan of the Year Award in 1986.
Ted is survived by his wife, Henrietta Bullerman, Adrian; six children, Cindy (friend, Perry) Bullerman, Fulda; Bev (Kirby) Andersen, Worthington; Deb (Mike) Lutmer, Omaha, NE; Ray (Brenda) Bullerman, Adrian; Teddy (fiancé, Laurie) Bullerman, Adrian; and Leon (Susan) Bullerman, Adrian; eight grandchildren, Brooke (fiancé, Todd) & Abby (friend, Ryan) Bullerman, Brett (Katie) & Amber Lutmer, Kristen & Bailey Andersen, and Paige & Julia Bullerman; great granddaughter, Evelyn Lutmer; and three sisters, Emily (Bob) Entwisle, Huron, SD; Aggie Neuroth, Adrian; and Mary Alice Lutmer, Luverne.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Bernice Kruger; and Rita Kunkel; and three brothers-in-law, Shinny Neuroth, Norb Kunkel & Delbert Lutmer.
