VINH CONG BUI, age 74, of Worthington, died Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at South Shore Care Center in Worthington. He was born December 1, 1932 in Long Hoa Vietnam to parents Chinh Bui and Chua Truong. He graduated from school in Vietnam. Vinh was united in marriage to Nguyet Huynh. He worked for the South Vietnam Government in the Department of Revenue in Saigon until April 30, 1975 when he was evacuated from the city. After arriving in the United States he lived in Mason City, Iowa and was the master chef at the Libary Restaurant for two years before moving to Worthington. Vinh then worked at Campbells Soup Company in Worthington until his retirement in 1997. Vinh is survived by his wife, Nguyet Huynh, Boston, MA; son, Khanh (Coleen) Bui, Worthington; three daughters, Hong (Boon) Baccam, Worthington; Ha (Son) Vo, St. Paul, MN; and Le My (Quang) Lam, Boston, MA; 10 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents.
