WILDA JANE BUSH, age 81, of Luverne, died Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at the Sanford Luverne Hospice Cottage. She was born June 4, 1933, in George, IA, to William and Emily (Lehman) Hass. She attended school in Luverne and graduated from Luverne High School in 1951.
Wilda married Eldon Bush on February 24, 1952, in Ellsworth. After their marriage, the couple lived in Luverne. In 1964, they moved to the acreage northwest of Luverne. Wilda worked at the Counsel Oaks Grocery Store, Creagers Department Store and M & M, all in Luverne, before retiring in 2002.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Luverne and the Ladies Circle. She enjoyed reading, bowling, and playing cards especially pinochle & solitaire.
Wilda is survived by her husband, Eldon Bush, Luverne; two sons, David (Kathie) Bush, Elk River; and Dale (Lisa) Bush, Menomonie, WI; seven grandchildren, Heather (Jason) Kroon, Steen; Heidi (James) Mehlaff, Luverne; Emmy (Drue) Glaze, Little Falls; Hilary (Steve) Mayne, Bayside, WI; Annie (Mike) Moldstad, Rochester; Halayna Bush, Menomonie, WI; and Bryan (special friend, Katie) Enstad, Rice Lake; five great grandchildren, Zachery, Kellsie, Riley, Noah & Regan; and two great great grandchildren, Aniyah & Aurora.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Steve Bush on June 28, 2013; and an infant brother.
A memorial service for family & friends will take place early next summer.
