WILLIAM "BILLY" BROWN, age 23, of Hardwick, died Saturday, July 12, 2014, at the Crown Plaza Hotel in St. Louis, MO. He was born May 6, 1991, in Carmichael, CA, to William and Kimberly (Johnston) Brown. Billy attended and graduated high school in Oregon.
After high school Billy worked for different construction companies including residential construction in Wilmar, MN and Schultz Construction in Redwood Falls, MN, where he built modular homes. He moved to Hardwick recently and was working for Ranchers Pride out of Sioux Falls.
Billy enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. He especially enjoyed, music, dancing, driving fast, and making others smile. Billy grew up in Lakeview, Oregon and loved the outdoors, especially riding snowmobiles, skiing, snowboarding, fishing and swimming. He will be remembered by those closest to him as a guy that loved his family and how he always wanted to do things for the ones he cared about. Billy will also be remembered for his great sense of humor, unique personality, amazing spirit and his overwhelming love for the ladies. Billy had a powerful sense of duty to protect his family and stand u for what he believed in. Billy will forever be cherished and never forgotten.
Billy is survived by his parents, Kimberly Mahoney, Hardwick; father, William Brown Sr., Lakeview, OR; maternal grandmother, Margaret Morton, Pinole, CA; four siblings, Brian Wood, Hardwick; Ali Brown, Hardwick; Michael Brown, Lakeview, OR; Jennie Johnston, Pipestone.
Visitation will be from12:30-1:30 pm Monday, July 21, 2014, at the American Reformed Church, in Luverne. Funeral will be 1:30 pm Monday at the American Reformed Church, officiated by Rev.
