YOMI ALEXIS COSTILLO, 5 year old son of Hose & Sandra Dominguez, died Saturday, May 18, 2013, in Spirit Lake, IA as a result of a pedestrian-automobile accident. He was born October 21, 2007, in Frederick, MD, to Hose and Sandra (Isabel) Dominguez.
He was a kindergartener at Prairie Elementary in Worthington. He enjoyed biking and playing basketball.
Yomi is survived by his parents; and two brothers, Christopher Dominguez-Costello and Dennis Dominguez-Hernandez, both of Worthington.
Visitation will be from 5-8 pm Wednesday at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Worthington; and one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Funeral will be 6 pm Thursday at St. Mary Catholic Church, in Worthington. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
