BEVERLY GREELEY, age 87, of Worthington, formerly of Rushmore, died Tuesday, April 14, 2020, at the Sunset Hospice Cottage in Worthington. She was born February 1, 1933, in Lismore, MN, to John and Fannie (Terhark) Mulder. She graduated from Worthington High School.
Beverly married John Greeley on October 17, 1952, this was the first wedding ceremony performed at the First Baptist Church in Adrian. After their marriage, the couple farmed in the Rushmore area all of their married lives.
She was a homemaker and an active member of the First Baptist Church; and the Ladies Aid in Adrian. Beverly had a love for hospitality. She enjoyed hosting family & friends. She also enjoyed gardening, crocheting and was well known for her favorite chocolate chip cookies, potato salad and sweet corn.
Beverly is survived by her four children, Dennis Greeley, Sherburn; Dale (Chris) Greeley, rural Rushmore; Daletha (Ralph) Goemaat, Sioux Center, IA; and Dawn (Jim) Osterberg, Salem, SD; ten grandchildren, Cathy (Travis) Dahl, Jenny (Luke) Baysinger, Jessica Smallfield, Erin (Buster) Olson, Jessica (Mike) Cook, Travis Greeley, Jennifer (Josh) Powell, Josh (Marie) Goemaat, Traci Osterberg & Taylor Osterberg; twelve great- grandchildren, Carter Dahl, Ava Dahl, Madison Baysinger, Ian Baysinger, Avery Baysinger, Allie Cook, Abram Cook, Alivia Powell, Liam Powell, Evelyn Powell, Hazel Powell, and Judah Goemaat; six siblings, Joyce Rust Hovland, Worthington; Kenny (Elaine) Mulder, Lake City; Gerald (Verna) Mulder, Worthington; La Donne Christians, Lake Wilson; John (Jean) Mulder, Shoreview; and Bernie (Lois) Mulder, Merlin, OR; and two sisters-in-law, Marion Mulder, Slayton; and Betty Lou Mulder, Worthington.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John on February 4, 2012; a great-granddaughter, Alexis Faith Powell; an infant brother, Merlin; and eight siblings, Ralph Mulder, Harold Mulder, Elva Linn, Marion Harberts, Emery Mulder, Richard Mulder, Fern Bronleewe, and Florence Stangeland.
