BEVERLY JANSEN, age 64, of Denver, CO, formerly of Adrian, MN, died Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at the UC Health - University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora, CO. She was born March, 21, 1955, in Adrian, MN, to Richard and Janet (Reisdorfer) Klein. She graduated from Adrian High School in 1973 where she enjoyed cheerleading and majorette baton twirling. Bev married her childhood sweetheart and Adrian classmate Wayne Vincent Jansen on September 16, 1978.
After living in Sweden from 1984-85, Bev and Wayne settled in Plymouth, MN, to raise their family. They also recently spent their time between Gilbert, AZ, and Denver, CO.
Full of life and energy, Bev's positivity was contagious to anyone who knew her. Never shy of a stage or karaoke mic, Bev enjoyed singing and dancing with family and friends, especially her five sisters Marge (Baecker), Mary (Krogman), Jeanne (Loosbrock), Ann (Schieck-Solomon) and Laurie (Hokeness).
Bev enjoyed traveling, cheering on the Minnesota Twins and Minnesota Vikings, golfing, fishing, holidays with her family, Christmas movies, John Grisham books, strong coffee, spoiling her grandchildren, Heinz 57 sauce, and always helping anyone within reach.
Her tireless work ethic and warm people skills led to a long and successful career in sales, taking amazing pride in her career development and ability to close even the most challenging deals.
Bev's up-beat attitude during her 13-month battle with cancer was inspiring to everyone she knew, always carrying incredible strength and compassion with her every day.
A loving and nurturing wife, Bev is survived by her husband of 41 years, Wayne, two children, Nicole 'Nikki' (Aaron) Mate and Joseph 'Joey' (Morgan) Jansen, and her grandchildren Beau and Mabel.
