Jean Marie Rosenboom

   JEAN MARIE ROSENBOOM was born on June 24, 1959 to Elmer and Rita Scheffler and was raised in Worthington Minnesota.

   She graduated from Worthington High School and took art classes at Worthington College. Jean was creative, artistic and enjoyed the art of design. She liked architecture and the beauty of buildings. She was a graphic artist & liked interior design.

   She married Paul Rosenboom on May 2, 1981 in Worthington MN. Jean & Paul worked on many home projects together. Creating a landscape & garden area in their backyard. She spent many days and nights sitting and enjoying campfires in their backyard. She was a stay at home mom when her daughter Sara was born. She later worked for American Greetings Card Co. for over 20 years. She was a member of St. Mary's Church and delivered meals on wheels for many years. During the summer months she enjoyed spending time on Lake Sarah with Steve, Mary and their family.

   She is survived by her husband, Paul Rosenboom; daughter, Sara Rosenboom (Jake Hayes); Sister, Nancy (Harold) Anderson; Mother, Rita Scheffler; Sister in-law, Mary Scheffler; Brother in-law, Steve Eernisse; and many cousins.

   She was preceded in death by her father, Elmer; brother, Dave; and sister in-law, Mary Eernisse.

   Time of Fellowship will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2023, at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Worthington, MN.

   Interment will be at the St. Mary Cemetery, in Worthington, at a later date.
