Paul Metz Obituary

   PAUL METZ, age 67, of Adrian, died Friday, February 16, 2024, at the Golden Horizons Assisted Living in Worthington. He was born August 11, 1956 to Raymond and Catherine (Thill) Metz. He attended Worthington High School. After many years of work in the marine and small engine repair business, he attended college and later began his career as an Insurance Adjuster. For several years, Paul guided pheasant hunts at Rice Creek Game Farm in Little Falls, MN as well. Over the years, Paul enjoyed watching a good car race, spending time with his children and grandchildren,  many motorcycle trips with friends, and hunting trips to South Dakota with close friends and family.  

   Paul is survived by his daughter, Crystal (Brian) Eddy, his son, Dustin (Rita) Metz, and his grandchildren, Amarah, Brady, Clara, and Audrey. All who have learned so much from his Paul-isms. He is also survived by his six brothers and two sisters, along with their spouses, and many nieces and nephews.

   He was preceded in death by his parents.

   A celebration of life will be held at Dingmann Funeral Home in Adrian, MN on Thursday February 22, 2024 from 5-7 pm.  

   In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Sanford Health Foundations, Sioux Falls Cancer Center or Essential Senior Services  24261 knauf ave, Rushmore, MN 56168.
