Rosann and I were so sorry to hear of Aunt Leonas passing. Always enjoyed her sense of humor and still using her jokes to this day. :) Jan and I planned to attend the visitation and funeral but roads were really icy down here today. A semi passed me just flying and I wondered how long he would be on the road. About 5 minutes ahead of me he was in the ditch. There was a few spots that hadn't been treated for awhile. Uncle Don and Aunt Leona were so good about coming to Mom and Dads funerals that we hated to miss hers. The Andersons express our condolences and you all have safe travels home. Love Rosann, Neal, Karin , Adam, Anders, Berit, and Marcus

We were so sorry of Aunt Leona's passing. She was always so friendly and happy! Neal and I were going to express our condolences to all of you in person today as we had planned on coming to the visitation and funeral. We are very disappointed, however, that the winter weather and slick roads prevented us from making the trip this morning.

You have our deepest sympathy. We are thinking of all of you!
Love, Bart and Jan McNeil

Dear Nancy and Family, I just read of your mother's passing and am sorry for your loss. Your mother had a long life but it is still difficult to say goodbye, I know. May memories of your times together bring you peace. If you are visiting in Owatonna drop me an email as I live nearby and would love to see you again. God's blessing to you.....

To Aunt Leona's family:
We are sorry but know Aunt Leona is much happier in heaven.
As a small girl I always enjoyed going to see Aunt Leona and Uncle Don. Especially to watch the cows being milked with machines since my Dad only had one cow that was milked by hand!!

Later years always looked forward to seeing Uncle Don and Aunt Leona at weddings special birthdays and just cause visits. A lot of trips to Iowa for them.

We are in Arizona during the winters now. We regret not being able to be with you during this sad time.

Our deepest sympathy to you. Love, Ruth Ann and Gene Dischler

Aunt Leona was such a nice and fun person! She was upbeat and had such a sweet little smile. Although we lived in different states I would always look forward to the times when she, Uncle Don, Gary and Nancy would visit. I recall my mother talking about how she was very close to Aunt Leona. They got to know each other when my dad and mom started to date. I know my folks thought the world of her and Uncle Don. Uncle Don, Gary and Nancy, please know I am thinking of you and your families. Love from Freeport, Illinois, Shirley and family.
