Dan is a fourth-generation funeral director. He graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Mortuary Science with a Bachelor of Science in Mortuary Science.
Dan served on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Funeral Directors Association for ten years, serving as secretary, treasurer, and president. He and his wife, Monica, have four children: Zach, Jordan, Madisyn, and Skylar.

Kurt graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Mortuary Science in 1994. He lives in Luverne and has worked at Dingmann Funeral Home & Cremation Service since his graduation. Kurt is a United States Veteran. He and his wife Julie have four children.

Paul is very active in the Worthington Community, serving on the Chamber of Commerce, Ambassadors Club, and the Kiwanis. Paul and his wife, Nancie, have two children.
